console went out @Wednesday

Its been 1 week. And im having withdrawals

I've even considered going to walmart,and getting a console,and returning it when i get mine back.

WHAT HAVE I BECOME!😱
 
PricklyPete sent his in not too long ago, and he got his (replacement) back yesterday I believe. It didn't seem that long of a wait.
But then again...I probably will have conniption fits after 2 days.
 
Weird. Haven't played my 360 on a regular basis since... actually, I never played my 360 on a regular basis. Closest I've gotten to that is when Gears came out. Of course, nobody plays Gears now. I need to have Halo3 right now! It sucks how I'm not excited about Bioshock, Assassin's creed, Mass Effect, etc. I just want Halo3 and UT3 for my PC!

No one plays Gears online anymore? Shame by the time I actually get a 360 and the game no one will be playing online anymore.

Strange, I don't get that with any of the current gen systems. Which is actually sad, considering how long they've all been out.
 
Gears of war is the #1 played game online and has been pretty much since it came out (except during the halo 3 beta). It's usually Gears/R6 at the top until halo 3

Yea, Epic already said themselves they're going to get their butts kicked by Halo 3.
 
I went through the same withdraw...but it only made it sweeter when the system arrived. Can't wait for the volley of games coming out this fall.

You're actually kind of lucky, you got a fresh one for this fall. I can live without a 360 for now (at least until Bioshock comes) but I don't that that will be so easy for the rest of they year.

I agree. As long as this one works all the way till Spring, the timing couldn't have been better. I would have been severly pissed if the system died on September 24th or even August 28th...Bioshock looks like it will be a ton of fun.

i'd miss my ps3. my wii actually has gone unplayed for awhile, sadly.. and im in a dungeon in Zelda as well. Really gotta pick that back up, it was getting so awesome. Don't know why I stopped. Think I started workin a lot and lost time to play it, then it left my head after 2 weeks went by. 🙁

Not jealous. randay said in another thread that he couldn't bear to be without an Xbox 360 for each a few minutes if it broke. Coming from a PS3 owner, that's an pretty good testament to how good the system is despite the reliability issues. 😉

You know, you look silly when you accuse people of jealousy when they have nothing to be jealous about. 😉

All I was saying is it's stupid to call the OP a "victim" of Microsoft when obviously he's a big enough fan of their product to buy another one while he's waiting for his warranty replacement. He's not a "victim" - Microsoft has done right by their customers with the warranty extensions.
