This is a good deal if you have a Fry's near you. Costs $149.99 - $50 rebate. Plus, this card comes with a factory overclock (525 MHz vs. 450 MHz).
 
If you already have a VF-900 laying around, I highly, highly suggest you get this if you need a new cheap card. I bought this for the same price in June (my rebate check was mailed yesterday so I'll be receiving that very shortly) and I volt modded it to 1.55V (extremely easy to do), and hit 700/900 stable, and the temps usually max out at 70C. Plus there's like that 2% chance you end up getting an unlockable 7900GT.

Even with stock cooler and no volt mod I think I hit 575/900 stable... so this is an excellent place holding card until G90s arrive.

Good deal! This has come and gone a few times now and I've passed each time. I got my 7600GT for this price, though.
 
i got the rebates back for their last sale, so it's 106AR with shipping for me. Pretty decent card, except can't OC too much more beyond what they already got.
