It's annoying in "My Forums" when it says you have new posts....

See, when you reply to your own post, the mailbox icon turns blue and it seems as if you have a new post. I get around this by memorizing the number of posts that were in that thread. It's annoying to revisit the thing. Even after hitting refresh.

IIRC its just telling you there is a new post since the last time you logged on to the forums. Its not updated as soon as you leave a thread.

Good point - so I guess the only way to test this out is by opening/closing the browser again. (Lemme test this out right now, in fact)

Edit: Yes. It still does this.
Edit #2: Just tried "physically" logging out and logging back in (using the button) - unfortunately, this leads to ALL the posts saying that they're not updated.

I propose a solution:
If you were the last poster in that thread, then that icon should not appear.
