I remember when I used to be able to get a BOC very easily and had a while to think if I want it or not. Now, you've got to be ready and have a bit of luck to get through within an instant of it going up.
 
I want a Roomba, a BOC, a screaming monkey with a Woot cape, and an LCD TV. Do you think that I'll get any of that this time around? 🙂
 
There's a lot of ignorance on the WOOT boards concerning the PJs sold, in particular the Infocus 4805. Checking out reviews and comments on AVS Forum about this machine shows that it's STILL one of the best PJs for watching DVDs and it does great given an HD source. Color, clarity, black levels etc... it all came together right on this PJ. I bought one 3 years ago and have never looked back... Researching recently for a new HD PJ has only solidified my view into NOT upgrading since it wouldn't really be much of an upgrade...

Even high-end PJ affecianados are amazed at what the 4805 can do...

careful that romba of urs might be watching right now and he/she might take offense to that. Before you know it, that little pet of yours might just pump dirt eveywhere instead of cleaning them up. Even a roomba has feelings you know .. :]

I have it in storage with the battery removed. lets see it do something now! 😀
 
On second thought, removing the negativity 🙂. Woot is now equal to patoot in my book. All the annoyances of waiting like bidding on ebay with a far worse product selection. Thank god for auction snipers.
