My mom makes these little tasty bastards. Oh are they good. Far cry from anything you get at Dunkin Donuts or the store. Although, Krispy Kreme is pretty good.

Looks like the ones I make! Does she fry them in peanut oil? Dip them in homemade glaze?

Go to a 24 hour grocery store and get a bag of those mini donuts. I think they're Hostess.

My favorites are the chocolate covered ones and the ones dusted with powdered sugar. I can't resist those. If I buy a baggie it'll be gone in 48 hours at most so I don't buy them often.

They're great with a cup of coffee.

Edit - oh, I didn't notice the UK part. Still - my thought stands.

I'm actually not sure. She doesn't glaze them, but coats some of them in sugar and cinnamon.
