Not from me. But this type of thread does seem to crop up approximately yearly, usually from suburbanites - and mowing before dawn/after dusk is indeed good practice - IF YOU HAVE GRASS ON YOUR DAMNED LAWN.

Yeah... The York City police don't even respond quickly to people watching copper pipe getting stolen out of their neighbors basement (there's been a HUGE rash of copper theft lately). Lawn mowers are low on their priority list.

When I was in college my neighbors partied until about 2am/3am EVERY SINGLE NIGHT OF THE WEEK. Finally I bought a carton of eggs and BLASTED them one night from my roof.
