Get off the computer then and get some sleep! If I'm I'm on the computer it's impossible for me to start winding down. I can fall asleep watching TV. Kinda hard to do that when you're surfing.

True that. Can't drowse off when your brain cells are firing. Shut of the puter and turn on the TV. Works for me every time. Asleep in less than 15 minutes.
