iTouch vs Zune HD

I'm torn between the two. I really need something that allows me to check and write emails as well as surf the web with as little holding the device back as possible.

This sounds counter to the point of the device, but audio-use side, which of the two devices is superior? Essentially, which would be more useful as a business utility, and are there any alternatives? I was considering upgrading my phone to a Blackberry or Droid, but the new Verizon policy is holding me back..

How about an Archos Media Player? It runs android, so it's probably a bit more functional than either.

...But between the two, the apps of the itouch will probably make is more generally useful. The ZuneHD seems like a more pure media player to me than the itouch is.

In general, those 3 players seem to go like this:

For apps:

itouch > archos > zunehd

For audio quality:

zunehd > itouch >>> archos (ive heard its very bad)

For video quality, I would give the archos the edge based on screen size, but I haven't seen any specific comparisons.

Zune HD is a media player, iTouch is more of PDA type device which is what you probably want. Zune HD screen is a bit small for that.
