You will eventually get charged for the item when the shipping manifests hits accounting. While the customer service staff may be morons, you can bet their accounting department is not. Don't wait around, have it sent back at their cost.

Well, I've spent two days trying to contact the good people at AMEX, but no dice. I called Dell, and they're sending an RMA package.

The charge still hasn't appeared on my CC.

Lucky for you, I've recently picked up a gig where moonlight for Dell as a "Misappropriations Agent". I've wondered if it has anything to do with my full-time job as a bounty hunter?

Therefore, please PM me for my shipping address to which the monitor should be sent. You don't want me showing up at your house in a white van, now do you?

It's actually a test to see if you are worthy. If you return the moniter, they give it to you for free!!!
