ITE Smart - " PWM IC " what is this ?

Hi ,

I run a Lanparty SLI-DR and when im Encoding Videos etc .

My CPU and Chipsets temps Increase from :-

[ CPU - 25°C ---> 45°C ]
[ Chipset - 35°C ---> 45°C ]

But this " PWM IC " temp geos from 38/40°C ---> 60/65°C

Could someone tell me what this is that heating up ?
