Makes sense to me. After all it's not as if he's a citizen with certain basic civil rights and liberties protected by a Constitution. The State should be able to do anything and everything those in power choose to do.

Stop being purposefully obtuse. You know damn well that your rights and liberties don't give you permission to become a deadly public health hazard.

When martial law is imposed, and every American citizen is stripped of their civil rights, (Which is pretty much an all encompassing Trump wet dream.) How are we any different from oh... say.. Stalingrad? Or Moscow?

Definitely not arguing for that! Just that people forget that many US rights are not absolute to the point of absurdity. For example, free speech doesn't extend to making death threats, and your right to bear arms doesn't mean you have the right to a rocket launcher.
