How the process works

While we clean all toys upon receipt, we would appreciate it if you wash your toy with soap and water before shipping it to us. Place your clean toy into a Ziploc or similar bag and then pack it for shipping. Feel free to include your used batteries, as we recycle them as well.

Ship your used toy to us at the following address (we recomend USPS Priority Mail):

After undergoing a thorough cleaning, toys are inspected and sorted according to their material. Vibrators and other mechanical toys are sent for proper disassembly and recycling. Silicone, rubber, metals, plastics, or other materials are sorted and sent to designated recycling centers. Any batteries left in the toys are removed and recycled appropriately as well.
