Core Duo or Core 2 Duo? If it's C2D and the speed on that 4GB Ram is 1066 or faster, sounds like a good deal.

yeah that looks like a good deal. and what does it matter if it's used? anyway, the only thing you may want to upgrade is the gpu as the 8600gt is a rather weak card. but the rest of the system looks good. especially if you're getting windows with it.

from my quick tabulation yeah, it looks to be about the right price (you aren't spending more then you would getting the parts separately)

are you going buy new part prices? this is a used PC, so if 600 is for new parts, the price of the PC should be about 300 or less.

That's a good deal. The x38 chipset with an e6850 is pretty good. You only really need a new gfx card.

I was doing new parts yes. If this is used then it is too much
