Cliffs:

Pool had a lapsed permit.
Inspectors reported water being "cloudy" on Mon / Tues.

Look at the image below, taken the day of her death. You can get an idea of how cloudy the water was.

I had heard the two were there with a group of people, and the boy left with the other mothers / parents. They were supposedly friends of the girl that drowned but thought nothing of it when she was gone (AKA bad friends).

Now I'm wondering how true that is.
