U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich denied an Internet rumor that Jewish officials had offered to help him win re-election if he dropped impeachment efforts against President Bush.

The rumor, which has gained traction in recent days on left-wing blogs, alleges that U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and several representatives of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee [AIPAC] offered to "guarantee" Kucinich's re-election to the House if he dropped his effort to impeach President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney.

According to the account Kucinich, an Ohio Democrat, threw them out of his office.

An official in Kucinich's office told JTA Monday that the rumors were baseless.

"It never happened," the official said..

Probably the typical half truth. They probably all met, and probably discussed impeachment, and maybe even someone said something like "if you don't drop this, I'm certain you'll not get reelected, guaranteed." or something. And this transforms into a jewish cabal intent on rigging congressional elections.

What I heard was Kucinich only said no because his alien masters were watching.

Never happened, what never happened? Him throwing them out of his office? Or the entire meeting?

For some reason this type of coercion is exactly what AIPAC, JDL, and other organizations typically do, so I somewhat believe the meeting took place.
