Wow, you guys are getting pathetic bandwidth if you're getting only 70kb/s average. Maybe try a site other than Suprnova, and you might get some decent speeds. 95% of everythign i download, i pretty much cap it at 300kb/s.

Do none of the ISPs there provide broadband without data caps?

We're just now getting unlimited 256k, but this isn't really scalable, as individual ISPs have to pay excess usage charges to the monopoly telcom for every user who goes over 10 gigs. They rely on the majority of people only using the internet to check their email and trace their family tree, etc etc. If more people start to make use of it, it could collapse.

Our major plan is 2mb/256k with a 64k throttle after 10 gigs of transfer.
