ugly men want beautiful woman, and vice versa, no ugly person wants another ugly person. I know what you're talking about though heh, "nice guys finish last" isn't always the case. Personally if I girl only likes me for my looks i'd like to know that in advance so I can send her packing. A good personality is a must for me because I'm very picky and I get annoyed easily by silly things

and if u r still in school, plan to get it done next june. save up $. talk to your parents. the decades this self esteem boost will help you is REALLY worth it.

remember, u gota be in a place w/alot of girls. odds are that at least one will have sex with u if u r handsome enuf.

Well I wouldn't consider my self drop dead gorgeous, but I am good looking, I am only 5"8" so that hinders my performance a bit with the taller girls, but I have no problem getting girls. I think looking good will open the door more, but if what comes out of your mouth is nothing but crap, you will not get a girl, unless she is drunk off her butt. And I happen to come across many drunken girls, since I am part of a fraternity; we get girls all the time. So my advice is to go and join a frat, there is always some girl that is drunk and willing, have you ever heard of beer goggles, ahahah.

I know a few ugly guys that still pick up the chicks quite easily... It's all about confidence and understanding. The only way you can understand girls is to talk to them and gain experience. At first, you'll get blown off.. and you'll soon start to realize exactly what you did wrong each time. Also, the more you get blown off, the better you get at getting blown off.. I've picked up a girl once or twice by getting blown off by another girl. All it takes is one witty comment (keyword: witty) about how you actually made a mistake by talking to her in the first place that makes her look dumb - any bystanding girl will soon be curious.

Also, read 'How to Win Friends and Influence People' by Dale Carnegie. It's a book made to help people with business... but it has helped me with girls so unbelievably well.

Girls are more curious than you think... They don't necessarily want a hot guy.. Face it, most of us guys are good looking. (hehe.. girls need to improve - There's more good looking guys than good looking girls - and girls are 52% of the population) Keep your standards high - and learn how NOT to let a girl know that you want her bad. If you act like a girl is expendable, they usually start to get interested.

It also helps to have a really really low sex drive (my problem).

I doubt you have to be good looking per se, just do the best with what you've got. i.e., hit the gym, fix your personal hygiene (if something's missing), and possibly change your wardrobe. It'll do wonders for your self-confidence, and remember not to be an a$$hole. That only works for meatheads and only with certain girls.

Looks are only part of the deal as others have said. They might get you to the door but they won't get your through it more often than not. You need confidence and a bit of game to get you the rest of the way there.

I get glances/double takes from chicks all the time but unless you're only after being noticed for being good looking I think you'll find that being good looking isn't quite all you think it is. Don't get me wrong though. I view it as quite an asset and it always has been for me. You just have to know how to use it.
