It's the context, don't take it seriously. I was just playing Devil's Advocate. ;)

Let's wait until after Tuesday. It could very well be Bush cleaning up his own mess, and well, it would be fair because it is his mess to clean up.

You don't deserve to live in America. It makes me sick that my comrades in arms are dying every day to support and defend this country, and jackasses like you are among the beneficiaries.

My hope is that four years under Kerry will help to heal some of this vicious partisanism. If not, we'll dump him like a bad habit.

If Bush wins, the Dems will still be squawking for the next fours years like what has happened for the prevous 4.

If Kerry wins, the show will be reversed.

Too much shenagins has happened and mud slinging to resolve the problem. There will not be a run-away, therefore sour grapes will persist.

It will take a clear mandate in an election without a candidate carrying their dirty laundry around to pull the country back together.

Cry me a river. If you post something publically, it's fair game. It's hardly my fault that you appear to hate Kerry more than you love America, and you shouldn't say things if you aren't ready to be quoted on them. You've repeated the same sentiment several times in this thread, so you can hardly complain about being misquoted.

Anyway, really wanted to make this ckg post my sig:

I'm a neo-con. I hate wolves. I hate the environment and seek to destroy everything.

but I didn't... :p

But seriously you deserved to get pwn3d for that comment about impeaching Kerry. It's hilarious how the conservatives on this board repeatedly say outrageous things and vote outrageously in polls and then expect people not to notice... American lives don't matter anyone?

Waah waaah.....who knows maybe I will get famous or infamous off of your use of my quote...just pointing out what little tact you have in quoting an active member of the boards in your sig without asking permission first, pretty low class Don but the more I read from you the less I expect.

How am I getting owned info other than that Don doesn't agree with my statement?

Relax, he will really be continuing the clean up after Clinton. I doubt the Bush people will trash the White House and AF1 either. They are Republicans, not Democratic trash.

By pwn3d I only really meant having it put in someone's sig. That's all really...

If Kerry wins, then it'll be hilarious to see how conservatives were wishing to get him impeached even before he started office. I think Don Vito needs to add a date stamp if Kerry wins.

Relax, Kerry will just pull out of Iraq. He has a pattern, remember! He'll be too busy armoring the White House to worry about the rest of us. I wonder if they kept the bollots Clinton had around it?

I do agree, things aren't picture perfect, but changing commander in the middle of a war isn't always ideal, particularly in this case where both candidates are on opposite ends of the spectrum and share near no point of views on issues.

This is just a liberal circle Jexk. The election is tomorrow. They are just frothing at the mouth prematurely. I wonder what else they do prematurely?

Are you asking me to take it off, or just whining? If you ask me respectfully by PM or publically, I will.

Anyone here is always free to use anything I post in a quote or sig, as long as it's not edited in such a way as to be misleading. It has never even occurred to me that any other set of rules was in place.

You don't have to respond to every message you know...

This morning this guy said Democrats still sell blacks. Pretty low.

We need someone to clean up this mess. If Kerry is sacrificed as a one term president, well, so be it. Personally, I think he will take a lot of political arrows, unfairly, in the next 4 years.

-Robert

If Kerry makes it, the Democratic party will be in a real mess. You know they want a hand selected candidate (say Hilary) next time and they won't be able to refuse Kerry as an incumbent. How will they work that out?

Why?

because Kerry has spent the last 6 months or more campaigning and less about gaining knowledge on where are troops are, how they are setup. He does not have the information that Bush has, and for the first few months that he is in, he will spend more time learning about what the situation is, and less about continuing to move forward with the war so that we can get our troops out.

He doesn't even know where Iraq is. He has never been there! He can find Paris and Hanoi handily, though.

There is definitely no rule against pointing out what someone said and keeping people accountable for their words-- especially when the quote is clear as can be. This is the first time I've heard someone complain about it (not including blatantly misleading quotes). Everyone else had the e-ballz to take responsibility for what they said.

I'm sure Bush will appreciate the rest, though. He has been having to run the country and campaign. How many days has Kerry reported to work during the campaign - actually, this year?

Okay, let's float a trial balloon on this one:

DOES ANYONE ELSE THINK IT WOULD BE A GOOD THING IF SEN KERRY WERE ELECTED, THEN IMPEACHED? Speak now or forever hold your peace . . .

Don,

Just to say it again, I would LOVE to see Kerry IMPEACHED should he get elected...that would be fantastic.

That's despicable. Yours is an unpatriotic, nondefensible position IMO. You make me sick. I honestly can't respect anything else that comes out of your mouth. I thought you were a respectable person, and now I know you're not.

If it is in the Constitution, it is patriotic!

The two years away from this state were really refreshing Red, at least in VA and DC you felt like your vote counted...here I am pissing in the wind :)

still will love to see Kerry fail though and honestly hope he does if elected...if I suffer so be it, I figure his policies and anti pharma regulations will put me out of a job anyway so no big loss on my part.

If Kerry fails, it will be the fault of the liberals who elect him. We may see Peters Principle displayed at the national level.

Well look who's already making excuses. I sure hope you felt the same for Bush after he inhereted Clinton's economical trainwreck and his impotent handling of terror.

Incompetent terror handling?

During Clinton's term 174 Americans lost their lives to terrorist attacks on our soil. And he managed this without infringing our rights with a "Patriot Act" and without brining fear accross the nation.

On Bush's watch, we lost 3,000.

And as for economy:

cold hard facts hurt

Yeah, Clinton did a GREAT job handling the first WTC bombing, USS Cole bombing, and two US embassy bombings

Regarding the economy, we were already headed for a tailspin when Bush got in to office. But let me be clear: I don't really hold Clinton totally accountable for that. The majority of that problem was simply the tech bubble burst.

Look, I did you a favor by specifying "attacks on our soil" because it would be long to list all the terror attacks on our troops in Iraq during our occupation. But what's clearly more important is how many Americans perished. And Bush's record is alot worse.

Did you see the Kerry vid? The one with the ostrich? Did you notice the donkey tattooed on his ass? That was Clinton responding to terrorism.

I've one questions for the liberals on the thread. Kerry has promised to double our military if elected. Do any of you plan to serve?

Condor, stop crap-flooding and put all your comments in one message. This is getting ridiculous. It's the first time I've seen this particular form of troll though...

a. He never said any such thing (he said he would double the size of the Special Forces, a comparatively tiny subset of the military, something I imagine you know as a vet).

b. I already do.
