It is possible that Democrats will gain, not lose in November. Here's why/how.

Same reason there's a big push on the right to hold off dropping all early mail in votes until day of....just slow down the process and give more time to pull bullshit tactics.

How did our leaders allow themselves to get so badly outplayed?

Not much you can do when you "take control" in 2020, just in time to hold the bag for COVID. To get blamed for the consequences of COVID. It's the most turmoil any America alive has experienced. Whoever the perceived incumbent party was.... was doomed. Though that's still technically a prediction at this point.

This guys keeps pumping hopium via early voter data, but I’m not yet convinced these numbers are truly indicative of anything other than voting method preferences.

The only place I'm letting early voting data play even a little bit with my emotions is Nevada. Still the people who watch that and know a lot are also divided about what it could mean in a year where voting methods and e day turnout scale and demos are in flux compared to previous years.

Everything else is pointless and I'll wait for returns.

Wife and I will be voting in person this year. We mailed ours in in 2020, but, polling place is only 5 mins from home and we work from home currently.

Sour grapes. 🍇

Republican rule is what this country needs badly.
I'm curious to hear what would make Republican rule so good.

A completely bungled pandemic response with over a million deaths, a devastated economy, and a lost presidency (in what should have been a trivial win for a marginally competent leader) is a pretty poor showing, if recent history is any indicator

Well we’ll find out shortly if killing their voters will impact the midterms.

Probably not in the house with so many gerrymandered seats.

But statewide.. it just might in some close swing states.
Won't matter in FL or TX though.. too red!

Also there's long covid.. quite a few aren't dead but get winded doing anything. So will they be able to show up and vote in person tomorrow because you know mail fraud!

By law PA can't count their mail ballots before Election Day as many other states do. Democrats have tried to get the legislature to permit it but Republicans in the body say no.
Thanks didnt know that. As long as theyre all counted, does it matter?
