Yea, I don't understand how it zombifies anything. The picture shows 2 ants fighting but the article doesn't mention how the infected ants start attacking and eating parts of the uninfected ants. It attacks shrub leaves.
 
It's just another organism that makes animals crazy.

I, for one, am more afraid of prions and mad cow disease zombifying humans.
