it doesn't ask anymore

when i went to download something, on the download window where it asks "open here or save to disk" i unchecked the box that says "ask me each time" now when i download something it goes straight to the temp folder. i can't find, anywhere, to change it back.
how do i get it to ask me first, again? :Q

i was in there and went one by one carefully checking for anything relevent, didn't find any.

never thought of it before but there isn't any way of configuring downloads with windows...
