A+, Net+, MCSE NT4,2000, 2003 (electives in security and exchange), CCNA,CCNP, and now just got OCA and OCP, working on OCM. OCM must be tough because there are only 87 in the entire world. Most self study and home lab, in addition to on the job experience of about 8 years.
