and no...i wasn't bitching about the g'damn 41c stamp raise...but the actual package increases. I was just letting ppl know that the mailing will increase soon, which sucks ass considering gas is on the rise as well and i get flamed for it so...****** off

The U.S. has already done this. However, now it is necessary to lead the new government towards control over its state, which will take awhile.
fact - a lot of the violence is no longer anti-U.S. sentiment, but rather sectarian battles between the majority and minority class. The minority class used to be the controlling class but lost that power when a unified and vote-based system went into place.
