Issues with NvTune and CPU-Z

In overclocking my MSI Neo4 Ultra I have come across some things with software.

NvTune doesnt seem to show the correct core voltage. It always shows 1.45. CPU-Z does show what I figure it should be based on BIOS settings.

Also CPU-Z seems to calculate the memory speed incorrect. It seems to take the cpu speed / divider. The NvTune shows the clock speed / divider. I believe NvTune is correct. Anyone know which is right?

Also is there better software for AMD64 overclocking then NvTune?

I don't like nvtune much. it freezes my computer more than not. Doing it in the BIOS is better imo.

Yes I would normally agree but have had some post problems where I can overclock much higher in windows and the same settings in the BIOS will result in no post.
