Issues with nvidia display

So, I downloaded the Nvidia beta drivers today, newest ones released yesterday. When I started up my computer all I still have the windows vista start bar at the bottom and my desktop looks fine. The only thing is that I have no icons on my desktop and whenever I try to open a window it opens in a ghost monitor to the right that isn't there. I just wanna figure out how to get my display back to a single monitor. I can't really get to the Nvidia display controls because they open up in the ghost monitor. It a dumb little problem, but I can open any windows so it's kind of important I get it fixed.

Is there anyway I can just reset my Nvidia display back to factory settings? Should I try and move my mouse over to the other screen and drag the open control panel so I can switch it back?

Thanks for the help!
