holy crap could this be anymore annoying...

Constant beep as soon as I turn it on. started randomly about an hour ago, temps are fine, removed all hardware..still does it. Can't flash the bios, doesnt seem to load the bios flash tool...

Clearing CMOS does not fix it.

Any ideas? It seems to be running OK?

One long continuous beep usually means bad memory. Now, WHAT memory could be the question here. Since it happens the moment you turn on the box, I would remove EVERYTHING from the board except the cpu and the power supply. reboot and see if the beep continues. If so you have a bad embedded chip on the board and its RMA-able. If not, you know its the RAM you have in the board and need to replace it.
