Issues with lag spikes

I'm on a home network with about 9 computers on it, all of which have access to the internet. I have a DGL-4100 wired gaming router and before I got it, I could actually play online games without much lag trouble despite siblings and parents looking at things on YouTube and downloading things regularly. I can still play online games okay, but I have lag spike issues now.

When I play WarCraft III and host games I get lag spikes every 15 or so minutes that cause everyone in the game to whine and complain and sometimes drop half the players in the game.

I'm wanting to know if there's a way to single out which computer on the network is causing all the lag spikes, like if there's a program that can monitor internet traffic over my network.
