Issues with Dell.com?

I have a Dell XPS M1730 laptop and I'm trying to check for updated drivers for it. I log into the my account section of Dell and click on Drivers and Downloads. When the page loads, I get a "500 - Server Processing Error".

Can someone else try to log on if they have an account and see if you are having the same issues please?

Could be their server problem.

As a test, create a new account, & try out their site.

all you need to access drivers is the systems service tag, tried to assist the OP, but they never got back to me on it so I could see if there is an issue with that service tag or not.

the support.dell.com accepts the service tag and I can access and drivers for XP, or Vista32/64 plus bios updates.
