Issues with a dead PSU

Woke up this morning and my computer was off... but I had left it running last night. Turns out my PSU went and was no longer giving power. Luckily my roomate still had his spare, so I put it in and now the motherboard appears to get power, but nothing shows up on screen. I have an EVGA NF41.

I press power, LED screen says FF ("boot"), all fans turn on... but nothing shows on screen.

Any ideas whats wrong?

Reset the BIOS. If that doesn't help, then your power supply probably fried your motherboard or other components(RAM, CPU, etc..)

I already tried to reset the BIOS. Is there anyway to confirm what died on me? I just bought a new dual core 3800+ which I haven't even gotten to install... It would suck to need a new motherboard/ram/cpu and everything.

any beeps? Did the hard drive get accessed? anything other than a blank screen?

Turns out the PSU took out the CPU when it died. I put in the new CPU along with a replacement PSU, and everything seems to be running fine.
