Issues updating 64-bit Mobo software support

I suspect, but I'm not sure, that part of the problem might be that I'm running 32-bit NVidia networking software that came with the A8N-E whereas the updates expect 64-bit interfaces. My reasoning is that XP-64 loaded in safe mode but not normal mode after the latest Nforce4 driverset update, I beleive it was v6.65 or whatever the latest stable one was. After a system restore it ran fine in normal mode but couldn't access the internet, probably just a quirk there because another reboot fixed it. The Nvidia and ASUS sites don't seem to offer very much support on this issue, anyone else care to guess what's going on?

Ok I've found my problem. It turns out that the Nvidia 6.65 driver listed on the ASUS site for the A8N-E is NOT for the A8N-E at all, it's actually for the A8N-SLI. How the hell did they make a stupid mistake like that? Does anybody have any idea how I can get the right one?

Ok, now I've got some more issues to contend with, and some that I've wanted to deal with for some time. First, I've upgraded to BIOS 1005, I don't notice much difference except that my comp seems to run a bit slower, and ASUS PC Probe doesn't work anymore. Also, there's one thing that's always irritated me: Cool'n'Quiet never worked, I don't know why not. All I can think of is that for some reason the default speed of my FSB is 201 Mhz and that could be throwing it off because it isn't a perfect 200?
