Issues - PC wont boot now

pc specs in sig

so i get everything working (booted into vista after doing the build), 1 graphics card in and all my ram. i so add the 2nd for th sli and plug it all in again.....1 beep on boot, then the motherboard company logo screen goes on..when that happens, i get 2 very quick beeps and i just get a black screen with the blinking "_" (underscore) and nothing else

tried every combo of ram possible, so they are fine

took out the 2nd video card for the sli....same result

what next? what the hell happened?
 
okay, when booting up it says an error has occured, blah blah start windows normall. there is a quick BSOD and then the reboot occurs.

i can boot into disk though. i ran a system repair and it turned up nothing. i can rule out video error since all this is working.

windows memory diagnostic revealed nothing...

gonna reinstall vista i guess....
