Issues overclocking with e4300 and GA-P35-DQ6

Hi everyone,

After I do some slight adjustments to my settings, usually setting the fsb to 350 MHZ and the voltage to about 1.35 with a multiplier of 6x, ram running at 2.3V 5-5-4-12 my computer won't boot. It turns off then turns on for about 3 seconds then shuts off again. It does this about 4 times then resets the bios settings to the default. Those settings aren't rediculously high or anything. The e4300 should be able to do 6x350 no problem.

Any thoughts?

stock FSB is 200, going to 350 is a big jump for the components - might wanna increase gradually.
Also, what are your other Volts? e4300 should be able to do 2.1Ghz on stock V. But for 350FSB, you would have to increase volts on other stuff like FSB, MCH etc.

I keep referring people to use this guide http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1169366 - very well written, try it.

thanks a lot amodpandya. I was actually using that as a template for settings but I didn't really follow it for changing the FSB. All my voltages are similar to those. I have all the other voltages increase by 0.05 or 0.1. Basically the minimum allowed.

I will take a better look.
