Issues Alt Tabbing or exiting games after installing SLI

Just installed my 2nd 6800gt in SLI mode. but now when i exit certain games or alt-tab my computer locks up or does not alt-tab at all.

im also having issues where my video is flickering as well when i play certain games

I have the latest nvidia drivers

OK, now is i uncheck the "enable SLI multi-GPU" in the nvidia properties i do not come across any issues at all.

If the issue is with FEAR it is a known problem. Hopefully Nvidia will figure out a fix soon.

I am having the Alt tab issue with WoW as well
