Issue With Outlook Voting Button Responses

I'm trying to use the Outlook Voting and Tracking Options to send out a survey and have the replies sent to a mail-enabled public folder.

I put the email address of that folder in the "Have replies sent to" line under the Delivery Options and the messages go there, however when I goto the folder and open a message then click on the Information Bar and choose View Voting Responses nothing happens.

Anyone ever seen this issue? Can Outlook's voting responses not be shown when it is sending to a distribution group and/or mail-enabled folder?
