Issue with Amazon.

Has anyone CC was charged by Amazon.com after they deleted the order that you placed, and they didn't ship the items to you after 2.5 months of waiting?

I place 2 orders of 3 books to be sent to 2 different countries. My order was originally processed by Amazon, and Master Card was charged but the orders are no where to be found.

Sold by and shipped by amazon? Include a screenshot of your order details, masking whatever details you choose.

Items sold and shipped by amazon are not charged to your payment method until the items ship.

Finally, use the click to call service to get a resolution.

Never had any problem. You should have been able to track shipments. I assume the addresses were correct? But then again, the order was deleted........Do you mean it does not show up on your order history?

Did you attempt to contact Amazon?

You can do a chargeback when you do not receive goods by calling your credit card company.

Yes the orders are now missing in my ordered folder.

I emailed Amazon, and they said that the order was lost, and they are looking into it further.

I place over a hundred orders from Amazon a year (yes, I have an Amazon/Chase rewards CC), directly from Amazon, fulfilled by Amazon, and through 3rd party vendor, and I've never had an issue with them.

Maybe your cancellation of the order confused their system. Definitely give them a call, I'm sure they can fix it for you without a problem.

I placed the order and my Master Card definitely was charged in November 19th, and 20th it was posted by my bank.

The reprieving address is in Vietnam, and the order hasn't been received yet.

The original mistake was that I placed it with Amazon.com instead of Amazon.ca so they thought that they lost my order.

My order are in my Amazon.com Order folder. The shipment to Indonesia is confirm that it was received in December, but the shipment to Vietnam still is missing.

I've ordered from Amazon in Canada, UK, and France, yet my native location is USA. I have never had a mistake in the order-handling, or in receiving the shipments.
