Issue on Mixing ATA-33 & ATA-66 drives on Epox KP6-BS

Is there a known problem mixing the two drives on the same channel on Epox KP6-BS?

I can't seem to boot the system properly when the two drives are on the same IDE channel. Any help is appreciated.
