His point is that even if the bible is true, the Jews living in israel todays claim because of it is rediculous because their not even the same ethnically as the Jews in the bible...

That is still a very silly point to try and argue!

As far as the Jews are concerned, they are what is represented in the Bible. Picking apart what a Jew of 5000 years ago, a Jew of 2000 years ago, and a Jew of today do ethically, morally, or spiritually is absurd.

Pick any major religion and show me that it has stood the test of time, and has not changed, improved or faltered?
