Israeli Processor

-Well what do you guys think. Post whatever you figure would really screw up this far fetched processor. I have a few limitations that would never be met by this beast of a processor.

It has many possibilities for places requiring very high computing speeds, but I dought most of us will be seeing/using one for a long time.
