I am a conservative with self understanding. I grew up in a good family and was well trained. I did everything right. I was trustworthy loyal helpful friendly courteous kind obedient cheerful thrifty brave clean and reverent. The idea of low quality, disgruntled, thankless people protesting in ways that inconvenience others makes revoltingly sick. I am just so much of a better person than they are and for all my moral rectitude and towing of the line, for all the effort I put into shining like the sun, what did I get? A slap in the belly with a wet fish. And there's the rub. Mommy and Daddy were hypocrites and failed to pat me on the head as I so richly deserved. and I deeply repress my anger about that. And look at all the attention those low lifes get. It makes me sick and puts me off my dinner. I know you because I know me. Every stick has two ends.

Israel says it hit an ambulance used by Hamas. Gaza officials say it was carrying the wounded.

It was a harrowing scene of chaos that left several people killed and dozens wounded outside the Al Shifa hospital in Gaza City.

I have a feeling that you would have a different attitude if one of your family members were stuck in traffic and died due to a protest blockage such as this or your house burned to the ground etc...

As far as enlisting with IDF to get rid of Hamas, well that is one way. This is a Long Term problem and probably always will be.

Those pronouncing the "From the river to the sea..." and taking up for Hamas are just as wrong as they claim Israel to be. Like Obama said nobody has clean hands over this.

Obviously the SF bay area is so starved of infrastructure that a blockage of the Golden Gate bridge for a symbolic protest by a few dozen people will cripple emergency response.

I don't think there's any compatible ground for a discussion here because I think you're labouring under a couple of major misapprehensions:

Yep, but to be fair he is likely just another victim of the greatest gaslighting operation the world (mostly the U.S.) has known. Easy to see how people can be gaslit by positions Biden and MSM take on anything Israel related. They may think they take these positions and side with Israel because Israel is "in the right" and that genocidal actions in war/combat are justified, but its far from that.

Biden, Dems, Repubs take these positions because of the intense hold of the Israel lobby on US politics (and the MSM) that can virtually make or break any politician running for office. If not for that, Israel would be a pariah state. Or actually Israel would more likely be within their 1967 borders and probably at peace with their neighbors, incl the Pals in a WB & Gaza state.

But as it stands, and with the I Lobby calling the shots, expect a lot of gaslit folks parroting Israeli talking points and as regurgitated by Biden, US politicos and much of the MSM.

IDF publishes a video of a Drone that goes into a Hamas tunnel inside of Al-Shifa Hospital. Complete with a blast door and gun-hole.
It's about 180 feet long (until the door), and about 30 feet deep.

IDF has also published some CCTV videos from Al-Shifa showing hostages arriving there.
One of them is a Nepali and the other is from Thailand. One of them doesn't look especially injured...

I heard them chanting this "We are Palestinian, We are Hamas" in several protest along with the slogan " From the River to the Sea...", and "Honor the Martyrs of Palestine".

As I understand it From the river to the sea Palestine will be free meaning is Israel will be wiped out and Palestine will take the entire land area for itself.

I leave it to you to determine to what degree you may harbor resentment for those who do not live up to your own personal moral code. Remember, we conservatives have a lot more moral concerns than liberals do and as a result understand moral issues better than liberals themselves do. We only differ, I think, in that we both believe in moral truth whereas you and not I know what it is and additionally what you believe it is it is not. We differ then, in that while you may have never attempted to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt to any rational mind the existence and nature of truth, I have and I failed because no such proof exists.
