Look if people want to believe that a regime change in the Middle East that has been LESS thought out than the grand adventures of GWB is likely to ultimately turn out well then I don't know what the fuck to tell you.

Iran's population 90 million. Iraq 45 million (was 27 million in 2003). And while Iran has multiple minority groups (Kurds, Baluchis, even Arabs, I guess count as such), it doesn't seem to have a situation akin to the Sunni-minority-rule situation that characterised Iraq. So, yeah, doesn't seem likely to go better than Iraq did.

I don't think Trump knew what was going to happen either. He got played by Bibi the same way he got played by Putin. Trump really wanted to get a deal done with Iran. Not only would that play well with the America First isolationists, but he DESPERATELY wants a Nobel Peace Prize and a legit deal with Iran would have given him something to harp on. I'm sure Bibi was encouraging Trump the whole time, while in reality he was getting all his strike pieces into place. Then the morning of the strikes they call the US and say "Hey, were gonna start bombing the shit out of Iran". Not asking but telling.

At that point Trump has to save face. All he can do is pretend like he knew about it the whole time. He then fluffs up the MAGA crowd with his tough guy talk: "Bunker Busters", "UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER!!", etc.

Yeah, was wondering about Trump's abrupt transformation into a neo-con. Maybe it's partly dementia? But was assuming he somehow got 'played', as he's long been an obviously manipulable bundle-of-character-flaws - though I was thinking in terms of internal influences in the US 'establishment', but I guess one could argue that it was Netanyahu who really worked out how to manipulate him - as Putin did before him. He seems to be an easy mark for clever grifters everywhere.

The one flaw in this narrative i see is that I thought the beef between Trump and Gabbard started before the first attack but perhaps I am mistaken on the timeline ?

If we support an attack on Iran I think it’s clear that the neo con wing of the Republican Party has been present the whole time and playing Trump and his base. In fact, just looking back at the things Trump has actually done, it seems like that point is actually a fact.

Now that I’m older and have lived through 9/11 and its aftermath, it’s scary seeing the tail wag the dog in real time again.

Well first off Trump is clearly incompetent in most thing but he is ESPECIALLY incompetent in diplomacy. His only forms of diplomacies are insult/threats, blackmail and kissing ass. Now we can all see that this might work with a place like Philippines or maybe Congo but Iran ?

He gets a little forgiveness by our allies though I suspect their patience is wearing thin but with adversary like China and Iran he will get no where at all and in most cases like Russia he will simply be played for the moron they know is waiting to show itself.

Who would have thought parts of Israeli cities would one day look like Gaza.
Unfortunately, israeli liars want to use this footage to get the US involved in an another prolonged conflict. This is the only reason for releasing this footage. To pretend to be victims. Just like the cowardly bully who provokes someone into going ballistic on him and then cries his heart out to gain the sympathy of the school principal. And guess who gets disciplined? Not the bully. Oh no.

Irans ballistic missiles have crappy CEP. It’s not out of the realm of possibility that it could have hit near the hospital unintentionally.

Still they have some way to go until they catch up to Israel on war crimes.
