Israel/Palestine, all hell breaking loose

Both sides are to blame in this situation, but if I HAD to pick which side is worse obviously I'd pick palestinians. They are the ones whose culture encourages many of its people to strap explosives to themselves and kill innocents on the other side. Yes the israelis are being led by a madman and they do not seem to be all that interested in promoting peace sometimes but if you have to point fingers almost always what happens is the palestinians not only attack first, but they attack by blowing themselves up among civilians.

Here is the deal, you idiots are screaming at each other and I don't think any of you have actually LIVED in Israel or the Palestinian territorys. Here's the deal, there is no way, and I mean no way, Israel will let the arab states push them around anymore, they tried, they fail, deal with it. You bomb an Israeli target, boom, there go your terrorist buddies. It is the only way to fight a war on terrorism, and I believe the US is doing it too no? As to the Saudi peace plan, get real, there is no way we are giving up the Golan heights. I feel Israel has a right to secure borders. As for the whole Arab normalized relations thing? Pfffft, I highly doubt it, sorry, but in the current state the Arab world is in, I would not trust them to move towards peace with Israel.

It's always an adventure to find a restaurant (other than a Jewish delicatessan) that is open on Christmas. But luckily I like Jewish food (eg., matzo ball soup, latkes, kugel, etc.). 🙂

um right.. sorry i took so long to get back to u but the palestinians are the ones that changed the rules of war, declaring that women and children/civilians were fair targets. its simple, they are willing to pay the current price for their little cowardly acts of terror because it is so very small. a bomb kills a couple israeli civs, only a few palestinians die. they were willing to die in the first place, so the price is right. only when the price becomes too high will the palestinians finally change. its like asking to play nice with hitler.. it doesn't work. you smash his army and country to pieces.. that works.

Didn't Syria lose that territory as a result of attacking Israel?

If so then Syria has no claim. To the winner go the spoils.

These disputed areas should serve as a warning and reminder to those who attacked Israel and lost land as a result.

yup, exactly why the palestinains don't go full frontal assult on israel, price is simply too high😛 its far far easier to cowardly blow up women and children.

and no, suicide bombers aren't honorable, brainwashed to believe they aren't really dying anyways, just speeding their way to their fabulous reward. if they were athiests then that would be something indeed. minus the blowing up civilian part of course.

Good post, well thougt out. I of course agree with most of what you said. My post was mainly for a "devils advocate" point of view but I do think our unconditional support of israel is one reason we got attacked. A contributing factor but not the main cause.

They don't have mental disorders. That's utterly ridiculous. It's just that so many Palestinians are taught from a very young age that it is dutiful and honorable to kill Israelis.
