ISP load-balancing

I am thinking about seting up load balancing between 2 isp (one cable and one DSL). From everything I have read my ISP has to support BGP for this to work. I am wondering if there is another (cheap) solution.

Load balancing as in spliting files or spliting tasks.

There are quite a few products that allow for task-based laod-balancing..as in you can dl a file using one connection and another using hte other connection.

As for integrating htem into a FAT pipe ..that requires ISP participation...look into products by "FATPIPE INC"

Is this for home or business...this stuff gets expensive
