ISP IP range blocked

Hi. I have two ISPs. My home ISP which I use during the weekend works fine. However, my work ISP's IP range seems to have been blocked.

My ISP at work is PTCL, Pakistan; it shows up as PTCL tripple play.
Would it be possible to unblock this IP range?
 
You would have to give us a specific IP range/number. We wouldn't know the range by name.
