What is an ISO Writer?????

An ISO is a CD-image, that is a file containing the contents of a CD (Data, usually). An ISO-writer is a software tool (such as CLONE CD) that can write back these CD-images onto a new blank CD.

Mostly used to back up CD's you've got.
