ISO image creator software

Nero can make ISO also.
You just need to set it up, in the options, to support all image formats.

File > Options > Which Tab?

I scoured the options and found nothing relating to ISO capabilities. I'm working with Nero 7 Ultra.

I missed this question. I am sorry.

I do not use Nero any more and do not have it installed. But, will install if you cannot find it.
First let's try this:

Have a look at the following links that describe where to find the options.

Open Nero Express.
Open options.
Go to the "Expert Features" tab.
Check "Enable all supported recorder formats for the Image Recorder".
Click OK.

Now, if you are creating a CD or DVD and select Image Recorder as the recorder, you will have the iso option.

If you are copying a CD or DVD, you can just drag and drop from the source to your compilation and save to iso the same way.

If you are copying a bootable CD or DVD, you need to click on "Copy Audio CD Tracks" even though it is a data CD.
Another window opens where you can burn to iso.

This is all using Nero Express.
