Only in extreme cases, such as yours. Many people have them fixed because they want to be more successful actors.

Luke 19 is about the Parable of the Ten Servants. Even if it was not, the first amendment did not exist when there was a King in Israel. Even if it did, the first amendment does not apply to foreign nations.

Not really sure what you are trying to say, but it appears you want the first amendment retroactively applied 2000 years ago to a foreign nation.
