Isabel knocked out power...PEPCO says a week or more

I live right off of my college campus in COllege Park (Maryland) and our power went out thrusday night. PEPCO says a week or more until it is restored. Kinda sux if ya ask me. Of course, we did all get hammered thursday night to pass the time

PS. The computer I am using is 2 states away as I came home for a while to Jersey.

Febuary's Ice storm left most my town w/o power for a week in winter it could be worse.

my gf is in clinton, md. they said 4-7 days.

Got lucky here. Got power restored around 5:30 this morning after being without since Thurs.

Got lucky here never lost it our water got a little iffy but thats about it.

Same here, althought alot of my neighbors lost power. When the last hurricane came through MD, I lost power for 7 days. So I feel your pain.
