I've been trying to get my brand new IS7's onboard LAN to work but so far it refuses to even list the onboard network chip at bootup. I know the device is there, I can see the chip. I received one of the IS7 boards with Gigabit Ethernet (rumour is that the 10/100 chips were for some reason in short supply). Note that the onboard ethernet options do not appear in the BIOS either. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue or am I doomed to RMA the board?
OK, I got it to appear in the list and WinXP sees it as "Ethernet Controller". It refuses to accept any drivers though (even the Abit supplied ones)
