IS7-E, No Boot up :-(

Hi there, I can't get a boot up, or monitor up on my ABIT IS7-E/P4 2.6Ghz C/ Swiftech MCX-4000 setup

When i push the power button, i get a long beep followed by a pause and then again a long beep...I have tried everything, clearing the Cmos couple of times....re-adjusting the heatsink/fan..Changing RAM dimms, a different PSU.

I have all the fans working, including the North bridge fan, I also have both Green and Red LEDs active on the mobo.

I'm using Crucial 256DDR PC3200 and a Thermaltake 420W PSU.

any idea whats wrong here?

Thanks.
