Is your monitor in your desk?

Are there any inexpensive home computer desk which have that sort of set up?
I think maybe I am going to have to rig it out of my current desk.

I would think looking down all the time would kink your neck if you were sitting and the desk wasn't angled. We have lecterns like this where I work but they suck because the screen isn't directly pointed at you so the lcd screens look really dark.
